About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our London office, supporting the delivery of high-profile hospitality and healthcare developments across the UK and EMEA. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic consultancy team, managing complex new build and refurbishment projects for blue-chip clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects, from feasibility through to completion and handover.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment across design, engineering, commercial, and construction phases.
* Develop, monitor, and update detailed project programmes, risk registers, and cost plans.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.
* Manage procurement strategies, tender processes, and contract administration (e.g., NEC, JCT).
* Drive value engineering initiatives while safeguarding quality and client objectives.
* Prepare and deliver clear project reporting, progress updates, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
* Champion sustainability and innovation in line with client and consultancy objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Construction Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
* Chartered status or working towards chartership (RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent) preferred.
* Proven experience delivering large-scale hospitality (e.g., hotels, resorts, leisure) and/or healthcare (hospitals, clinics, medical centres) projects.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and industry best practices.
* Familiarity with UK building regulations, planning processes, and CDM regulations.
* Experience working within a consultancy environment, with exposure to international or multi-site projects desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and strong MS Office skills.
