Overview
We are seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join our friendly team based at Thamesfield Village. This is a part-time position working Sundays 9am - 4pm, with the flexibility to cover additional shifts to cover sickness and holiday.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our residents, visitors, and customers have memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
* Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
* Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs.
* Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
* Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with residents.
* Contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and operational processes.
* Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes.
* Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices.

Experience and Qualifications
* Job-related experience desirable but not essential
* Up to 1 year of general work experience delivering to standard
