My client is one the leading providers of promotional products and marketing solutions globally. They work with a variety of businesses and industries creating unique promotional merchandise that engages their target audience, elevating their brand. Due to growth, they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic and successful team.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be a key part of the client services team. You will be responsible for supporting and servicing the needs of existing client accounts. Building strong relationships, and ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a creative industry where servicing customer needs are of upmost importance.
The role:
Create and send sales invoices and purchase orders.
Review PDF proofs from suppliers to ensure accuracy before sending to clients for approval.
Provide clients with order updates and tracking information.
Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers to resolve queries.
Maintain accurate records of orders, approvals, and payments.
Assist with reporting, data entry, and general ad hoc administration to internal teams.
Prepare and issue VAT invoices.
Update CRM system with accurate order information.
The candidate:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Previous admin or sales support/sales administrator experience preferred.
A problem-solving approach to work.
The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
