Duties & Responsibilities:
* Managing internal communication with Maritime staff to resolve issues.
* Providing excellent customer service to external clients.
Experience in the transport industry is preferred but not essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, experience dealing directly with customers, and proficiency with IT systems and Microsoft Excel.
