Responsibilities
* Conduct monthly reviews to analyse regional performance
* Manage a team of regional support managers
* Schedule employees and manage staffing needs
* Manage employee recruitment, contracts, and performance evaluations
* Monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction levels
* Lead employee engagement and succession planning efforts
* Identify and address contract KPIs for improvement
* Maintain financial accuracy and manage performance
* Develop assignment instructions and risk assessments
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background and prior experience in security or commercial contract management as a site supervisor or regional supervisor and have experience in managing members of staff within a team. Experience in project management, health and safety compliance, and line management is essential. Integrity, professionalism, and effective communication skills are also crucial to this role. A UK driving license and a five-year work history are required.
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a team supervisor role within a sizeable security-based environment (customer or supplier side)
* Entrepreneurial and results oriented, with experience working in a fast-paced dynamic team
* Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks; proven ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to exercise excellent decision-making judgement while working in a fluid and fast paced environment
* Able to work collaboratively at a mid-management level with leadership team, direct reports and internal / external stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong leadership skills
