Overview

Role: HR Systems Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Fixed-Term (Finishes July 2026)

Network IT is recruiting for an HR Systems Manager to lead our clients People Services Hub Systems team, ensuring the delivery, optimisation, and continuous improvement of HR technology – with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. In this role, you will oversee a team of Systems Coordinators, managing workloads, supporting professional development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable system support. Acting as the key liaison between People Services, Digital Services, and external technology partners, you’ll ensure smooth operations, timely resolution of system issues, and successful delivery of upgrades and enhancements. This is a critical position balancing day-to-day operational delivery with strategic system activities such as bi-annual upgrades and annual pay reviews.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and develop a team of System Coordinators to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Oversee workload allocation, performance management, and capability building within the team.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex HR system queries and technical issues.
* Collaborate with Digital Services and external partners on system fixes, upgrades, and projects.
* Lead cyclical activities such as SuccessFactors bi-annual upgrades and annual pay reviews.
* Drive improvements in data accuracy, system usage, and user experience.
* Ensure system changes are delivered with strong governance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.


Requirements

* Experience managing a systems or technical support team, including workload allocation and staff development.
* Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
* Solid understanding of core HR processes and how technology supports them.
* Proven ability to manage annual, business-critical activities such as system upgrades and pay reviews.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and external vendors.
* Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and prioritisation abilities.
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
* Experience working with external technology partners or managed service providers.
