What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years PQE in corporate law, with a focus on M&A (experience in private equity or equity capital markets is a plus).
* Strong academic credentials and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Experience gained at a well-regarded national, international, or regional firm; exposure to cross-border matters is desirable.
* A proactive mindset and the ambition to build lasting client relationships.
