Registered with the GPhC or be provisionally registeredHave a passion for delivering an excellent patient serviceHave good knowledge of community pharmacy operations and provision of both local and national pharmacy servicesConfident in building on existing relationships with local GP practices, care & nursing homes, and other care providersHighly motivated with a strong work ethic and confident in managing and leading a team, encouraging their development and career progressionHave a great rapport with patients and be able to make them feel comfortable using the pharmacy servicesBe able to work independently as well as being a strong team playerPromote and develop advance pharmacy services, helping the team to meet their targetsWork accurately under pressure
