Salary: Uncapped commission (only) with £100k OTE

As they continue to expand, they are looking for a confident and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to help elevate the brand and support the growing client base.
As a business they have a 90% completion rate that has been sustained since 2020/2021. Recent data shows that they are 43% more likely to sell than any other agent in IG11 and on average achieve 2.61% more than their next competitor. They also ensure all properties are listed with an “offers over” strategy to ensure maximum exposure. Both of the above will without question assist in building pipelines quickly and ensuring commissions are paid out.
Job Description
The Senior Sales Negotiator will play a key role in managing the sales process from start to finish, providing exceptional service and securing successful outcomes for both buyers and sellers. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is commercially aware, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities:
* Conducting high-quality property viewings with prospective buyers
* Managing negotiations and expertly closing sales
* Maintaining an organised and active sales pipeline
* Providing consistent 5-star customer service to clients
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and third parties to progress sales
* Delivering accurate market advice and up-to-date property knowledge
* Representing Tom Ashwood & Co with professionalism at all times
* Generating new business through proactive lead follow-up and local market awareness
Other Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will also work closely with management to support wider business activity. These may include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting with property marketing strategies
* Supporting social media content and brand visibility
* Preparing property brochures, sales packs, and listing materials
* Attending valuations and supporting instructions where required
* Contributing to team meetings and performance reviews
* Maintaining CRM accuracy and internal reporting standards
The Successful Candidate Should Have / Be:
* 2-3 years of experience
* Highly motivated and target-driven
* A strong track record in sales negotiation and deal closure
* Confident, professional, and articulate
* Skilled at building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
* Knowledgeable about the East London or Essex property market (preferred)
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable using their own initiative
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
