What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Leading and motivating the lettings team Securing new instructions and expanding the lettings portfolio Managing landlord and applicant relationships with professionalism Ensuring strong customer service and client retention Handling higher-value and premium property listings Overseeing the entire lettings process across all property types Supporting business strategy, growth, and compliance What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience as a Lettings Manager or a senior Assistant Lettings Manager ready for progression Demonstrable success in winning instructions and listing properties Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proactive, results-driven approach Strong understanding of lettings legislation and market trends Full UK driving licence Local knowledge of Central London (WC1 and surrounding areas) preferred What's In It For You?
