Overview
Housekeeping Assistants are a key part of delivering high standards of cleanliness in public areas and back of house. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and take pride in the work you undertake.
Full training will be provided. BICSc NVQ in Cleaning and Hospitality and Food Hygiene level 1 qualifications would be desirable but are not essential.
Responsibilities
* Clean central areas of the hospital, as well as wards and bathrooms in low and medium secure settings.
* Demonstrate initiative and maintain excellent communication with patients and colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills
* Desirable: BICSc NVQ in Cleaning and Hospitality and Food Hygiene level 1; not essential as training will be given.
* Well-motivated, flexible, able to demonstrate initiative, and possess excellent communication skills.
