Salary: GBP30.76 per hour
On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Production Scheduler on an initial 7‑month contract. As the Production Scheduler you will ensure that the company has the capacity and capability to deliver against production requirements.
Role: Production Scheduler
Pay: £30.76 per hour via Umbrella
Location: Broughton
Contract: Monday – Friday 35 hours per week, 7 months
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS
Responsibilities
* Launch daily routine for production scheduling tasks
* Attend daily production monitoring meetings
* Report on production progress, parts availability and give support to adjust daily priorities
* Manage work orders
* Manage components including missing parts and logistic distribution
* Handle potential availability issues, transfer protocols and unexpected missing parts
* Coordinate parasitic flow with other departments
* Coordinate outstanding works
* Manage outstanding logistic flows, work order internal/external transfers of responsibility
* Experience in production scheduling
* Be customer and results oriented with a sound logical approach to achieving tasks and objectives
* Able to work using own initiative to develop effective solutions to problems
* Team player, proactively assist other team members when needed
* Have a strong personal brand and demonstrate a can‑do attitude in all areas
* Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
