Main purpose of job: This role is to assist and develop marketing activities undertaken both on and off line. - Provide reasonable level of support to follow up enquiries resulting of marketing activities, referral and affiliates programs. This is include but not limited to support the clinical booking team for Private and International patient enquiries - Overseeing reputation marking strategy: maximise reviews collection, as well optimising workflow process on Doctify and affiliates programmes. This is include use of devices and website base programs. - Optimising Consultants and Doctors profiles and others when necessary - Provide support in the organisation of webinars for medical professionals. This will include but not limited to management of invitations, streaming video platform, and other related activities such as issue of CPD certification. - Ensure timely updates and accuracy of internal and external digital assets: Regularly review, edit, and publish content on the company internal and external digital assets to keep all employees and external visitors informed with the latest news, resources, and announcements. This includes coordinating with various departments to gather relevant information, ensuring that the content is consistent with the company's branding and communication guidelines, and managing the intranet's content calendar and content schedule calendar This role and job holder will relish in the opportunity to work under direct supervision and guidance from the Chief Marketing Officer ensuring tasks and duties are carried out and completed efficiently and effectively.
