* To provide compassionate, high-quality personal care and support to a female service user during a single shift. The role requires a professional, respectful approach that promotes the dignity, independence, and well-being of the individual.
* Assist with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
* Support with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment if needed.
* Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
* Provide companionship and emotional support throughout the shift.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the client's immediate environment.
* Monitor and record any changes in the client's condition, reporting concerns promptly.
* Adhere to the care plan and instructions provided by the care manager or family.
Female - This role is restricted to female applicants only due to the personal care needs of the client, in line with the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Paragraph 1).
* Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or similar role.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Respect for confidentiality and professional boundaries.
* Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This Role is a single shift
* The shift is 10 Hours (22:00 - 08:00)
