Join to apply for the Housing Officer role at Pinnacle Group Limited
The role involves attending appointments with service families as they move into and out of their homes and while they are in occupation. You will deliver mobile patch‑based housing management services, develop relationships and engage with stakeholders, including industry partners, to ensure families receive a holistic and seamless individual patch management service.

* Work in partnership with RAMS to achieve contractual move‑in standards, ensuring families receive high‑quality homes and a welcoming service.
* Ensure contractual occupancy move‑out standards are met and recharges applied to families using an evidence‑based approach.
* Contribute to a comprehensive patch service by raising, reporting, and monitoring health and safety concerns impacting families’ lived experience.
* Plan and manage routine appointments, communicating any short‑ changes immediately to relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure garage voids are minimal and garages are managed and maintained efficiently with accurate record keeping.

* Work with local agencies, charities, support providers, military liaison officers, service hubs and statutory authorities to deliver joined‑up support and services.
* Support large‑scale and short‑notice moves that may require regional and national travel, including overnight stays and covering other Housing Officer absences.
* Participate in events and activities to engage with service personnel, planning, organising, and attending surgeries and stakeholder meetings.
* Lead and assist in the investigation and resolution of complaints and occupancy breaches, drafting responses and reports as required.
