IT Support Engineer - Hampshire/Hybrid - Up to £40,000 We are seeking a proactive and adaptable IT Support Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a customer-focused mindset. This hands-on role is well-suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working with a wide range of technologies, and delivering exceptional support across multiple departments. If you have experience in an IT support role, providing both first and second-line support, and thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing: Delivering first and second-line IT support across multiple departments and locations Handling a variety of technical issues, including hardware, software, and networking Supporting and maintaining network infrastructure, including servers, switches, and Wi-Fi Building, configuring, and deploying user workstations and conducting hardware audits Assisting with IT projects such as upgrades, installations, and infrastructure changes Providing user support for Microsoft 365 and other essential applications Ensuring adherence to data security and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, PCI DSS) Coordinating with third-party IT providers and contractors Supporting and troubleshooting bespoke internal systems Providing technical support at live events, including occasional weekend work Managing and maintaining IP telephony, CCTV, and print management systems Training staff and supporting the implementation of new technologies Hours & Benefits: Full-time, Monday to Friday Flexible working pattern Ad-hoc hybrid working options Free onsite parking If you're an experienced IT support professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and varied environment - we'd love to hear from you!
