About the role
Availability Window:
* Sun: 22:00 - 07:00
* Mon: 22:00 - 07:00
* Tue: 22:00 - 07:00
* Wed: 22:00 - 07:00
* Sat: 22:00 - 07:00
You will be responsible for:
* Leading a Tesco store team, serving customers, and supporting community projects.
* Driving sales, maintaining safety and compliance, and leading from the front on the store floor.
* Putting people at the heart of everything, building team spirit, and seizing opportunities.
Qualifications and qualities:
* Attitude, aptitude, and aspiration to be a great retail manager.
* Strong communication skills, warmth, and leadership qualities.
