We are a dynamic and growing wealth management firm providing comprehensive financial advice to both individuals and businesses — across the UK and internationally. With offices in Market Harborough and Dubai, we work with a diverse client base including business owners, professionals, and expatriates.

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team, playing a pivotal role in supporting our Wealth Managers and delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will bring experience from the financial services sector, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being at the heart of client communication — whether in person, over the phone, or by email.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the Wealth Management industry. You'll gain exposure to both UK and international markets, with strong prospects for growth within a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver a first-class experience to our clients — from Business Owners and Directors in the UK to international clients based in Dubai.
* Liaise with clients and third parties via email and telephone to gather information, schedule meetings, and manage ongoing communication.
* Prepare client meeting packs, sign-up forms, and annual review documentation.
* Submit new business cases, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
* Draft and proofread client correspondence, proposals, and review letters.
* Collaborate closely with our paraplanning and advisory teams to ensure smooth case progression.
* Assist with the management and preparation of content for our social media channels.

Required Skills:

* Previous administration experience, ideally within a professional environment
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, organised, and confident working independently.
* A natural relationship builder who enjoys client interaction.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
