Due to our incredible growth, we're searching for **Customer Service Advisors** to help us deliver exceptional client experiences
**Location: Work from home**
**Hours: 40 hours paid production - Our staff support customer queries on a rotational shift basis, please note this is a 24/7 shift pattern (you will be required to work both day and night shifts weekly)**
**Salary: £12.25 per hour plus 50p uplift per hour (for all hours deemed unsociable 10pm - 6am).**

Our Concentrix team provide facilities management support, you would be involved in front-end trouble shooting, logistics activity and scheduling appointments for engineers to fix or perform contractual checks.
Your Duties Will Include
* Handling calls and emails from existing clients. Follow up calls to confirm completion.
* Log & track facilities requests while continuing conversations with clients.
* Analyse and implement the best strategy to ensure client needs are met.
* Providing the best possible customer experience from initial contact, right through to completion.

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:
* Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
* Facility management experience, preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills (oral, listening and written).
* Attention to detail & proactive approach to solving problems.
* The ability to effectively communicate and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Self-motivated.
* Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
* Courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
* IT literate - Ability to work with multiple computer systems.
* A quiet place to work at home with a good home broadband connection (10mbps or above).
* **_You will also be required to undertake extensive security & background checks before starting in the role._**
