We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Business Partner to join our forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement our new People Strategy that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational development will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring our workforce remains engaged and productive.
As a People Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to influence key business decisions and contribute to the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address key People challenges, provide guidance on complex employee issues, and drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. To be successful in this role you will need:
* To have a CIPD Level 7 or post graduate qualification
* To have in-dept knowledge of employment law and best practices
* To have proven ability to deliver confidential, customer-focused People services
* To have experience in training, coaching and mentoring
The role of People Business Partner has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
