We have a vacancy for a Sales Negotiator to join a busy residential sales team in Stokenchurch. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, from instruction through to completion, while maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying additional service opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the transaction. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties Arranging and conducting property viewings Generating and following up on valuations Marketing and promoting properties across relevant channels Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Managing sales progression through to completion Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other agents Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing feedback Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate records Identifying opportunities for financial services and conveyancing referrals Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity Ensuring all processes comply with current legislation and internal procedures What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in estate agency or a similar sales environment preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident negotiator with a customer-focused approach Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Comfortable working to targets and deadlines Professional and personable manner Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems Ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients Strong attention to detail and follow-through Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What's In It For You?
