We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef to join our Food Production team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview
* An amazing opportunity to join the culinary team at The May Fair Hotel as a Commis Chef.
* As a Commis Chef, you will follow recipes to ensure that the highest quality of food is prepared and served and will assist in overall quality control across the kitchen and sections as required.
* You wil be motivated and keen to learn new culinary skills.
* Support senior members of the kitchen brigade at all times.
About You
* Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
* Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
* Confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
* Understand the value of teamwork and be able to work well with others.
