Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Tooling Engineer - Submarines

We are seeking a Tooling Design Engineer within the Product Specific Tooling Team for the Nuclear (Submarines) division. This role offers an environment that promotes inclusivity, continuous learning, and career growth.
The primary responsibility is to design bespoke tooling and fixturing for component manufacturing and assembly, collaborating with shop floor teams to ensure designs meet requirements at all stages.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the full design process from requirements to final design.
2. Lead detailed requirements gathering with stakeholders.
3. Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and procurement documents.
4. Ensure compliance with design processes internally and externally.
5. Drive technical programs to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold a degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant discipline, with experience in delivering complex mechanical solutions, process design, and tooling for manufacturing.
Knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations is essential. Experience with Teamcenter and NX is desirable.
