Brand Operations Manager
Location: Boston
Salary: Competitive Salary plus bonus
As a Brand Operations Manager for our Audi Boston dealership, both in conjunction with and deputising for the Head of Business as required, you will lead and inspire the team to deliver our mission, driving and ensuring high levels of colleague and customer satisfaction and engagement at all times.
Your day to day will include:
* Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational activity of the Audi Boston sales team. Supporting the Head of Business, with responsibility of the site in the absence of the Head of Business.
* Driving the motivation, performance, and behaviours of the team, clarifying objectives and holding regular performance reviews.
* Creating a better than average customer experience within the dealership utilising brand measures versus National Averages as your context.
* Increasing customer retention and loyalty utilising root cause analysis and improvement plans.
* Supporting the Head of Business with the achievement of the Brand’s new vehicle target, parts purchase target and accessory purchase target and all manufacturer KPIs.
* Maintaining the appearance of your site, stock and team both physically and online.

* Proven experience of leading and managing a successful sales team within the motor industry.
* A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
* A relentless drive to perform and succeed with the ability to challenge yourself, your colleagues and your team to deliver our mission.
* Strong ability to lead, influence and coach others into delivering results.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement
* A driving license free from excessive penalties.
* This is a development role with a view to the successful applicant moving to HOB in the future.
