The Role: The Talent & People Coordinator is a key role within the People Services team, responsible for wider HR administrative support and supporting the recruitment processes. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring and onboarding process, delivering an excellent candidate experience. This role will also support Talent Acquisition with ad hoc duties and where needed support in recruitment activities. Alongside recruitment activities, the People & Talent Coordinator assists with core HR functions such as onboarding, general People Team support and maintaining accurate employee records. Salary: Competitive Location: This role is based in London, Victoria, and offers hybrid working, with majority of the working week in the office. We recommend discussing arrangements with the hiring manager to find the best fit for both you and the role. The Team: This role will be reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager. What you will be responsible for: People Coordination: Providing accurate and professional responses to HR queries from candidates and confirmed new starters post offer Supporting the onboarding process, ensuring new starter documentation (offer letter and contract) is issued and completed promptly in Workday Maintaining and updating employee data in Workday to ensure accuracy, including onboarding documentation like Right to Work and background check reports are uploaded Assisting with monthly reporting and other ad hoc HR reporting requests for the Group Talent Acquisition Manager and People Managers Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives Input in the onboarding payroll data, ensuring this is accurate and in line with payroll deadlines General administrative tasks relating to Talent Acquisition and where needed across the wider people team Talent Acquisition Support : Writing and posting job adverts on career websites, job boards, and internal platforms Supporting the administration of LinkedIn recruitment, including the upkeep of posting roles, removing roles once filled and engaging with passive candidates Supporting where possible in the screening of CVs and applications, to assist with the Group Talent Acquisition Manager’s shortlists of candidates Coordinating and scheduling interviews between hiring managers and candidates Managing candidate communications to ensure a positive recruitment experience Supporting D&I initiatives within recruitment, ensuring inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire Your skills, experience and qualifications: Essential criteria Experience in recruitment coordination, including LinkedIn, CV screening, interview scheduling, and job posting Experience with payroll support, including the collation of employee documents in tight timeframes Understanding of hiring processes, Boolean search, and best practices in recruitment administration Familiarity with HR platforms (Workday preferable) Experience in tracking metrics and supporting People reporting Life and Benefits at Landsec We have a great benefits package, there to support you with your work-life balance and in moments that matter.
