We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Sales Administrator to support our Sales Office team and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
This role plays a crucial part in contributing to the growth and success of both the sales department and company as a whole.
What you will do
1. Manage and maintain Sales Office activities whilst always providing exceptional service.
2. Check and process customer Purchase Orders (sent via email or through a portal), ensuring accurate records are maintained.
3. Deal with any amendments throughout the process and complete internal contract reviews.
4. Interface with other departments and Customers.
5. Review and maintain internal Office Team spreadsheets.
6. Support orders, quotes and customer queries
7. Reception and phone cover.
8. Screening of visitors in line with company process.

Preferred Qualifications
12. Advanced Maths & English, equivalent vocational, academic qualification or significant related work experience at an equivalent level (desirable).
13. Ideally around 3 years in an Office Administration environment where similar type of work is undertaken i.e. small, high value batch volume products.
14. Good communications and numerical skills (written and verbal) .
15. Proven skills with effective Office Software use and working in a Team environment.
16. Highly self-motivated.
17. Prior experience using an ERP system (desirable)
18. A desire and willingness to learn.
