Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, youll lead a dedicated team, manage key financial operations, and drive continuous improvement across our finance functions.This is more than just a numbers job, its an opportunity to influence strategy, support community-focused projects, and be a trusted partner to senior leaders and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee income, sales, and purchase ledger functionsManage credit control and ensure robust financial governanceSupport retail and community project strategies with financial insightConduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial protocolsOversee Gift Aid schemes and taxation processesDeliver accurate, timely financial reporting and trend analysisPartner with managers to develop and evaluate new initiativesMentor and develop finance team membersAbout YouYoure a confident, detail-oriented finance leader with a passion for accuracy and improvement.
