Role Summary

Prepare students for GCSE assessments with a strong focus on portfolios and exam projects.

Lead extracurricular art clubs, exhibitions, and community art projects.

Work collaboratively to develop a progressive and inspiring curriculum that reflects current art practices.
Candidate Profile
*
Degree or equivalent qualification in Art, Fine Art, or related subject with QTS.
*
Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Art, with a track record of helping students achieve high standards.
*
Skilled in both traditional and contemporary art techniques, including digital media.
*
Passionate about nurturing creativity and supporting diverse learners.
*
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a department and school community.
