Daily Duties
* Lead and manage high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
* Produce detailed drawing packages and technical documentation
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
* Attend client meetings and site visits
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and design coordination
* Support and mentor junior team members where required
* Ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Architect with proven high-end residential experience
* Strong technical ability and detailing knowledge
* Experience managing projects from concept to completion
