Kocher+Beck UK Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team, based in Coalville. This is a 16-month contract for maternity leave cover, and to allow for suitable training to be completed.
There is the possibility that long-term employment may be offered following the initial contract.
The role is full-time and will be based in our office, with working hours of 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Knowledge of the print and label industry would be advantageous, or experience of working in an office environment. However, neither is essential as we will provide full training; we're more interested in finding a team player with great attention to detail and who is willing to learn.
The successful candidate will:
· Be friendly, polite and enjoy helping others.
· Have a good standard of written English and maths (this will be tested at the interview stage).
· Be comfortable using e-mail and standard Microsoft programs like Word and Excel (experience with Teams would be a bonus but is not essential).
· Have excellent attention to detail.
· Be willing to listen and learn from other team members.
· Be able to remain calm and focused when under pressure.
