Position Overview:
The Accounts Administrator will support POD & Invoicing processes, requiring organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, verify, and process proof of delivery documents from drivers and couriers.
2. Ensure PODs are accurately scanned, uploaded, and stored.
3. Resolve POD discrepancies through liaising with drivers and departments.
4. Maintain delivery records and ensure policy compliance.
5. Respond to POD-related queries professionally.
6. Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
7. Coordinate with internal departments for invoicing and resolve discrepancies.
8. Liaise with third parties regarding invoices and payments.
9. Assist with general administrative duties in logistics or operations.
Qualifications:
* Experience in transport industry is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
