Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role as Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Meet each child’s individual needs, providing high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities tailored to each child's development.
* Collaborate with a professional team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments and report health and safety matters to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS: Desirable
