About the Role
As a Valuer with Aberdein Considine, you will be at the forefront of our success story. Your focus will be to:
* Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
* Convert valuations into instructions through exceptional service and expert guidance
* Provide accurate, evidence‑based market valuations
* Advise on pricing, presentation and marketing strategy
* Maintain regular contact with prospective and current clients
* Spot opportunities to introduce other services across the firm
* Uphold our reputation for professionalism, reliability and market expertise

* Educated to Higher level or above
* Proven success in hitting or exceeding targets
* Experience conducting valuations and generating new business
Knowledge & Expertise
* Understanding of the local property market and economic factors
* Awareness of relevant advertising and marketing channels
* Understanding of the buying/selling and conveyancing process
* Familiarity with planning and building standards
* Awareness of financial services products
