Specialist teams with extensive experience in sectors such as House Building, Construction, Manufacturing, Retail and Hospitality build strong customer relationships, understand business challenges and create tailored, innovative waste management solutions.

About The Role
* Manage a portfolio of customers in the construction and housebuilding sectors, providing specialist advice and support on-site.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits.
* Deliver Tool Box Talks to small groups, educating on waste reduction, segregation of different waste streams, and their importance.
* Plan and manage your own diary efficiently, including hotel stays when necessary.
* Travel to customer sites within the East of England.
* Work from home when not visiting sites.
What We Need From You
* Experience in building customer relationships via phone or email, with a desire to transition to face-to-face engagement.
* Confidence in presenting to small groups and influencing businesses.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Based within the East of England (covering areas such as Cambridge, Peterborough, Norwich, Luton) with good motorway access.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
