What will you be doing?
Whilst local government experience is not essential, a passion for delivering an excellent legal service in a fast-paced environment and a desire to help shape and deliver an exemplar local authority legal service is.
* Advising upon and conducting SEND Tribunal proceedings.
* Advising on law, policy, strategy and procedure relating to SEND issues.
* Advising upon Judicial Reviews.
* Being a lead within the team and providing guidance and support to other members of the team.
Qualifications
* Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX qualified) with experience or knowledge in this area of law.
