We are seeking an enthusiastic Biology Teacher to join a forward-thinking and well-respected secondary school in Bradford. This is a full-time role beginning in September 2025, delivering Biology across KS3–KS5, with access to excellent facilities and a well-established department.
The Role:
You will teach a full timetable of Biology, including A-Level classes, and support students preparing for exams and university applications. The school has a thriving Science department that encourages cross-disciplinary work and practical enrichment.
Responsibilities:

Deliver inspiring Biology lessons with a strong focus on practical science

Track student progress and support attainment across all key stages
*
Take part in Science Club, STEM challenges, and Biology Olympiads
*
Work collaboratively with other science staff and technicians
*
Contribute to Sixth Form mentoring, particularly for aspiring medics and biologists
Ideal Candidate:
*
Biology degree with QTS (or closely related science subject)
*
Experience teaching KS4 and KS5 preferred
*
Passion for subject enrichment and developing scientific curiosity
*
Excellent communication and student rapport
