We're looking for a Process Technologist to join our dynamic team and help bring our products from concept to launch! As a key link between product development and production, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest technical and quality standards, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency, and value engineering. Key Responsibilities: Scale-up & Manufacturing Development: Lead the smooth transition from product concept to full-scale production, ensuring technical and quality standards are consistently met. Continuous Improvement: Challenge current processes and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality across the factory. Development & Technology: Help introduce new technologies that support our Product Development Strategy.
