The Role
Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Nurse Manager for our Complex Care Division in East Sussex. Operating specialist services delivering over 650,000 hours of care annually, the Nurse Manager will work alongside a team of professionals.
As a Nurse Manager, you’ll manage a small caseload of complex care clients, building strong relationships with them and their families, overseeing their care plans, and supporting the induction of new staff.
The overall goal of a Nurse Manager is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained, enthusiastic team of support workers and Registered nurses.

About You
* You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN.
* A minimum of three years’ post-registration experience.
* Experience in providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.
* You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

* Develop person-centered care plans and guidance
* Conduct staff supervision, audits, and case management duties
* Be part of the 24-hour service team, undertaking nursing shifts when required
