We are recruiting two additional Employment Specialists to join our award‑winning service.
This role will be community‑based, working with clients with severe and enduring mental health needs, using the evidence‑based model of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) to support individuals into sustained paid employment.

Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of clients with severe and enduring mental health needs, assisting them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences.
* Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach, providing person‑centred advice and guidance to clients.
* Build positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.
* Work with individuals and groups across Bradford District Care Trust in collaboration with health and social care professionals within the Community Mental Health teams, Primary Care Networks, and outside agencies.
* Work directly with employers to secure employment opportunities and provide ongoing support according to both service users' and employers' needs.
* Hold specific responsibility and autonomy for delivering contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within an allocated team.
