Electrician – Testing and Inspection
East of Scotland / Perth/Dundee

Salary £41,822 plus Vehicle and Excellent Package
Role
* Work mobile across the region, visiting various commercial sites.
* Carry out testing and inspection, fixed wire testing, and eICRs.
* Perform associated electrical minor works, installation, and remedial works.
* Undertake refurbishment and installation of all aspects of electrical services, including switchgear, distribution boards, mains and sub‑mains cabling, containment, lighting and other electrical equipment.
* Have knowledge of inspection and testing procedures and certify works upon completion in accordance with relevant certification.
* Undertake reactive and planned service works ensuring client expectations are met.
Person
* JIB Grading recognised electrical apprenticeship (City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 and Level 3 / NVQ Level 3).
* City & Guilds 2382-18 (18th Edition).
* City & Guilds 2391-52 or equivalent.
* Valid ECS Grade Card – Approved Electrician; in‑depth knowledge of electrical test & inspection procedures, good computer literacy and ability to use testing & inspection software for completing reports.
* In‑depth knowledge of the current regulations BS7671:2018.
* Flexible approach to work; out of hours working may occasionally be required to complete the work schedule.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Must have testing experience.
Package
* Starting salary of £41,822.
* Vehicle – car.
* Travel paid except for 1st and last hour of the day.
* Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.
