The Role
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the factory floor. This is a hands-on, operational position responsible for staff coordination, safety, quality, and performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily organisation and workflow on the factory floor
* Ensure production targets and PPOH KPIs are consistently met
* Train, support, and develop staff in machine operation and departmental procedures
* Respond promptly to internal communication regarding customer requirements
* Maintain and enforce high standards of Health & Safety
* Take an active, practical role in production operations
What We’re Looking For
* Previous Production Supervisor or production team leader experience
* Background in manufacturing or production environments
* Strong organisational skills with a passion for efficiency
* KPI-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach
* Effective people leadership with hands-on operational ability
* Motivated by structure, performance, and delivering results
