Exwick Heights Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly organised and professional Administrator to join our dedicated and welcoming team.
At Exwick Heights, our mission is to achieve academic excellence and personal empowerment for every child. This is rooted in our core values of kindness, curiosity and determination, which shape everything we do. We are proud to be an inclusive, community-focused school where children, families and staff feel supported, respected and valued.
We are looking for someone who shares these values and understands the important role administration plays in the smooth and successful running of a school. As one of the first points of contact for parents, pupils and visitors, you will help create a positive, calm and friendly environment while providing high-quality administrative support across the school.
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and compassionate, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both children and adults. You will be confident using Microsoft Office and, ideally, have experience of a school-based system such as Bromcom (or similar). You will also be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a committed and hard-working team, working closely with colleagues and families to make a real difference to the life chances of our young people.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. For an informal conversation, or to arrange a visit to the school, please contact Emma Harris, Business Support Officer, on 01392 209030 or .
The Ted Wragg Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and operate in accordance with the Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy. This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
