Job Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership within a highly specialised area.
* Participate in departmental QA, audits, and mandatory training.
* Develop policies and procedures as a clinical lead.
* Support the Radiology Manager and deputise when needed.
* Supervise and mentor staff, including students and trainees.
* Collaborate with practitioners and other hospital departments.
* Deliver patient-centered care with understanding and empathy.
* Maintain excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Candidate Requirements
* BSc degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent).
* Postgraduate qualification and HCPC registration.
* Knowledge of IRMER, IRR, and ability to undertake audits.
* Radiation Protection Supervisor training/qualification (desirable).
* Willingness to undergo DBS disclosure.
