Job Description:
* Social Emotional Mental Health TA
* Full-time Contracted Position for the Academic Year 2025/2026
* Salary FTE: £22,880 - £28,600
* Salary Term Time Equivalent: £17,160 - £21,450 + yearly bonus (holiday pay included)
* SEMH/SEN/PRU experience required

Details: SEMH TA
* Primary School based in Ealing (Southall)
* Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:20 am till 3:30 pm - ASAP Start
* This primary school holds a successful conversion rate of graduates to future Psychologists (e.g. Clinical, Educational, etc)
* 1:1 &/or group support of students with social, emotional & behavioural needs (e.g. ADHD, ASD, eating disorders, learning difficulties, trauma backgrounds, etc)
* Supporting students with their development as well as fine motor skills
* Liaising with Educational Psychologists, SENCOs, Therapists & SLTs
* CPD training is regularly provided
The Ideal Candidate: Social Emotional Development Teaching Assistant
* Academic Individual - Psychology-related undergraduate degree or master's degree (ideal but not essential)
* Holds prior experience working with students or vulnerable individuals (SEN/SEMH) or in a PRU setting (required - exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis)
* Empathetic & ambitious individual with a willingness to learn
* DBS required (we can help you get one)
* Skills required - Communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, active listening
