Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager with strong leadership and communication abilities to guide their team towards achieving sales and KPI targets while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting the Store Manager in effectively running all store operations to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
2. Setting clear sales goals, tracking performance, and evolving processes to ensure continuous store growth.
3. Creating a positive team culture through recruiting, training, and ongoing staff development.
4. Building a motivated and high-performing team to increase store success.
5. Analyzing sales data and financial reports to make informed decisions with the Store Manager, identifying operational and commercial opportunities.
Role Objectives and KPIs
1. Ensure the store achieves high customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and addressing customer needs promptly.
2. Drive sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
3. Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion Rate, and Units Sold.
4. Support the Store Manager in optimizing financial performance by managing costs, including audits and wages.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop store colleagues to enhance performance and engagement.
Skills and Experience
1. Experience in implementing and refining store operational processes to maximize efficiency and KPI results.
2. Passion and confidence in leading and supporting team development and growth.
3. Ability to interpret financial reports and react commercially to support sales growth.
