As part of our Digital, Products and Technology (DP&T) team, the Head of Technology Implementation will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between strategy and execution ensuring our Digital, Products and Technology portfolio delivers, at velocity, tangible outcomes for our clients and our business. AtkinsRéalis Nuclear EMEA have a committed 2030 vision and the DP&T team's purpose is to turbo charge growth across our sector by rapidly deploying our DP&T portfolio to solve our clients' most challenging problems.
Your purpose:
As the Head of Technology Implementation, you will oversee the practical execution of our Digital, Products, and Technology portfolio. You will guide capability, service, and product leads in selecting and applying the most suitable delivery methodologies, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with these leads, success managers, market account managers, project teams, and specialists across the business to ensure the successful implementation of our portfolio.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership where appropriate to digital, product, and technology teams, ensuring the use of effective methodologies and continuous improvement.
* Foster collaboration, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Identify, prioritise, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
* Oversee supplier engagement, monitor performance, and maintain quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycles.
* Develop, implement, and maintain standards and documentation for business needs, deliverables, and progress metrics.
* Stay current with digital trends and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance organisational capabilities.
What you can bring:
* A background in engineering, digital and technology solutions, or related technical field.
* Experience in digital or technology project/program delivery, with at least 2 years in a leadership or implementation role.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering digital or technology projects.
* Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and experience applying them in practice.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and industry trends.
* Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
* Experience managing budgets, resources, and supplier relationships.
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
