What we’re looking for:

15. Experience in a finance role of a similar nature will be required

24. All candidates will be required to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities include:
25. Handling sales ledger (generating invoices, allocating payments, debt chasing, liaising with clients)
26. Managing the purchase ledger (inputting purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, credit control, liaising with suppliers, credit card reconciliations)
27. Assisting with monthly payroll preparation for over 100 employees (reviewing expenses, posting the monthly pension onto our pension regulator website and managing P11D benefits)
28. Manage team inbox and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that tasks are triaged appropriately, prioritised and expectations are managed
29. Deal with accounting and payroll queries from staff and directors
30. Liaise and relay business and accounting information to non-accounting professionals
31. Additional accounts ad-hoc duties
32. Ensure all processing deadlines are met in line with stakeholder agreements
33. Abides by strict compliance procedures, anti-money laundering, data protection and fraud prevention
