About the role: As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating subcontracted waste services, supporting both our customers and internal teams. Your key responsibilities as our Supply Chain Coordinator will include: Provide accurate and timely customer quotations for subcontracted waste services. Administer the provision of sub-contractor purchase orders and supplier invoice reconciliation Highlight low margin work and poor performing sub-contractors to the Broker and Supply Chain Manager Ensure all subcontracted waste orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Maintain subcontractor rate cards with up-to-date prices and service offerings and geographical coverage Make proactive outbound calls to upsell services to existing customers and handle telephone and email enquiries from prospects and customers in line with department KPI’s. Assist with reporting and administrative support for customer service and sales teams.
