Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your role will involve managing reservations, greeting customers, and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in our venue.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
* Provide menu information and assist guests with their selections, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Assist in the training of new staff members as required, fostering a supportive team environment.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing tasks efficiently.
* A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service is essential.

Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
