We are currently looking for dedicated, compassionate, and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive SEN secondary school in the Redhill/Chaldon area for an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and who understand the importance of patience, consistency, and building positive relationships.
The Role
Providing 1:1 and small group support to students Supporting pupils with learning activities, classroom engagement, and daily routines Encouraging independence, confidence, and communication skills Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider support team Helping to create a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or within a support-based role is essential Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs A calm, patient, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential
